OUR MISSION

HOSA's International Leadership Conference draws top qualifiers in every event from across the country and world to compete. Circumstances permitting, the 2021 ILC will be held at Disney World in Orlando. The ILC offers the same events as qualifying state conferences.

Aside from a high-level competitive environment, the International Leadership Conference provides opportunities for members to connect with HOSA students from a variety of regions, listen to presentations from larger organizations and associations, hosts general sessions, conducts international HOSA delegation sessions, and offers workshops & seminars by professional partners of HOSA that inform students about relevant healthcare issues & develop leadership skills.
